KOGUTEX The company “Kogutex d.o.o.” was founded as a family company in 1991. Since 2003, he has been engaged in trade. and the production of mills in its own plant located in Konjščina. They are certified producer of Zagorski mlinci, a product protected by a geographical indication. Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1036 on the registration of the name ‘Zagorski mlinci’ in the register of protected designations of origin and protected geographical indications (PGI) has been published in the official journal of the European Union.
Mlinci are produced according to HACCP standards, but in a domestic way and the whole process of making it is done by hand, without artificial admixtures, aromas and dyes.
