The company ZMH Horvat, as one of the holders of the project for the protection of Zagorje štruklj within the Association Tradition of Zagorje, participated in the process of protecting the name Zagorski štruklji with a protected geographical indication (PGI). Label obtained 7 March 2022 The guarantee is that we work according to traditional recipes in production and that we use methods that have been present in Zagorje for generations. We are the first certified producer of Zagorje štruklja and at this moment the only one with sufficient capacity and distribution power to supply the entire market of the Republic of Croatia and beyond.
