Fort Milengrad, located 2 km northwest of Zajezda at 430 m above sea level, is a true medieval pearl of culture and architecture. Despite centuries of abandonment, the fort is relatively well preserved, and today the same is taken care of by the association “Bratovština Milengrad” from Grtovac.
If you are looking for an ideal place for rest and socializing, we do not see any reason why you should not visit Milengrad. Members of the Confraternity regularly decorate the environment and the interior of the fort, and if walking to it is too much of a challenge (although you would do a lot of good to your own health with this activity), you can easily reach the fort by car.
